Update 4/21 from someone who checked on kitty's availability:

"Kathryn isn't available just yet. Apparently, she and her sister, Audrey (she isn't
posted anywhere) have UTI's they are treating. Mentioned something
about stones and they were checking on that. Said teeth were cleaned
today on both girls. Apparently they were breeder cats and taken to the shelter because they
were urinating outside the litter box. Hopefully this will be taken
care of with the meds . . ."

Please hurry if you are interested in this cat--often at this kind of shelter the cat has a very short time to find a home, especially an older kitty like this. Older kitties make wonderful pets and the need is very great for people who realize this, as these poor pets who desire a happy old age after their years of love are often the first to be put to sleep.
