St Francis Persian Rescue is a small independent cat rescue charity based in the Bedale area of North Yorkshire in the UK.
As our name suggests we specialize in the rescue and re-homing of Persian and other long haired breeds of cat.
Although we are based in North Yorkshire we consider ourselves a national group.
Indeed, our supporters and helpers come from all over the country. We have NO PAID OFFICIALS.

Pedigree cats are rehomed through the Rescue's online rehoming system, using
our considerable pedigree cat expertise and a very personal 1-1 approach.
Effectively we act as introducers and mediators between a current pet-owner
who cannot keep gtheir pet, and a number of prospective new owners; the
Rescue seeks out these new owners by advertising the pet on its web pages
and widely cross the internet in places such as Facebook and Cat Chat. Since
the service is online, your cat is rehomed from the best place possible -
your own home. You are heavily involved in choosing the new owner. |
